2-TIMES · Art
Natasha Law @
Eleven, London
—
“I am drawn to
the element of
rejecting our
gaze and being
ignored.”
‘Lines and
Curves ’:
Presents a
continuation
of work with
the female form
by London-based
artist Natasha
Law – more
specifically, this
new series sees
her subjects turned
completely away
from the viewer,
exploring delicate
angles & viewpoints
that render her
anonymous figures
vulnerable or
exposed.
“I was inspired to
try this different
vantage point
after seeing a
large abstract
painting of swirls
that immediately
made me think
of thighs and
pants.”
